Our specially formulated DTF inks enable us to print deeper colors and a wider color gamut on our custom DTF transfers. Our color registration is performed to G7 Color Standards certified on a weekly basis for near-perfect machine linearization.
The DTF transfers industry’s brightest white ink with incredible stretchability. In fact every design, regardless if there is white in it, is underbased with white to ensure that there is never any dye migration — not even on nylon, polyester, or spandex.
The DTF transfer above is a 4 inch wide print. Look at the incredible detail you can achieve with any design without any connecting background or border on your design. Use DTF transfers in place of vinyl, screen printing, sublimation, and more.

DTF stands for Direct To Film. This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their colour, as it can work with white ink. Heat Press Machine
The heat press machine is used mainly for transferring the image printed on the film onto the fabric. It can also be used to heat the hot melt powder on the DTF film.
Special care is normally not needed to wash a garment printed with a transfer since it has the same characteristics as a pre-printed or direct printed shirt. However, we recommend washing the garment inside-out and in cold water to prevent the cotton fibers from peeling away from the garment.
General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Artwork can take up to 48 hours for approval. This time frame is subject to change with any higher than expected demand. The current processing times will always be reflected on our product listings.

There is no refund after sales but you can get your tansfer re-print on submitting the defected transfer’s image on our email info@bocolors.com with your complete order details.
