When sending your image, we recommend vector images such as AI, PDF, JPEG, JPG, PSD and SVG for the highest quality prints. We also accept PNG files, but please ensure the resolution is 72 DPI or above and the background is removed. If you need background removal, please select the option and pay the extra fee per image.
Please note that due to variations in color accuracy, we cannot guarantee the colors will match your expectations, and no refunds can be given for color discrepancies.
