User Agreement
This site is operated by Bocolors. Throughout the site, terms such as "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bocolors. By accessing and using this website, including all information, tools, products, and services, you agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.
By using the Sites and/or placing an order with BOColors.com, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement based on the terms and conditions specified in this User Agreement and other incorporated policies. You commit to using the Sites in accordance with the guidelines outlined here.
BOColors reserves the right to modify the Sites and this User Agreement at its discretion without prior notice.
We function solely as a printer and are not the user of the provided designs. You assume full responsibility and indemnify the company against any legal issues arising.
Intellectual Property Rights
BOColors respects intellectual property rights. Accessing or using the Sites implies your agreement to comply with BOColors' Intellectual Property Policy. You also agree to follow any additional guidelines related to specific sections or services of the Sites. If you plan to resell products created with BOColors, you confirm that you possess full intellectual property rights, and your resale is legal and authorized. You further indemnify BOColors for producing your designs.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to use BOColors or its Sites to create material that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of privacy, or objectionable. BOColors reserves the right to reject any order deemed inappropriate and may ban users/IP addresses submitting such orders.
Privacy Policy
BOColors and/or its Sites may collect personal identification information. Your privacy is crucial; refer to BOColors’ Privacy Policy and BOColors’ CCPA Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability / Indemnity
BOColors’ Sites and their content are provided "as is," with no warranty. BOColors is not liable for errors, viruses, or interruptions. Miscellaneous
If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it becomes null, leaving the rest of the User Agreement intact. The headings are for convenience only. Waiver or inaction by BOColors regarding any rights doesn't imply a permanent waiver.
